 >>Li-Dos is an automatic dispenser of liquid chemical products.The device dispenses the products directly in the dyeing machine making efficient the dyeing process.A dynamic-ponderal dosage is performed by measuring the mass with an accurate flowmeter. Li-Dos system rationalizes the handling of auxiliaries- and chemical products, optimizing the consumptions. The system anticipates the loading of the products, by means of a dedicated pumping station , the storage in a high place (space recovering) and the possible manual collection and the automatic, direct sending of the products to the filling tanks of the dyeing machines.
A single pipe is used for distributing the concerned products approaching the dyeing machine. The washing and cleaning of the main distribution pipe is perfoemd after every loading step and  it eliminates any chemical residulas. The perfect integration of the LI-DOS with the informative systems, that ICL can supply (management, processing control, powder dosing systems etc...) or with already existing systems, enables to realize the perfect automation of all the operative places connected to the dyeing and finishing process.
The system accuracy enables products saving and standardization of production quality, that, sometimes, overcome the most rosy expectations and the results are clear and quantificable just after some weeks from the installation. The direct distribution to the machines is realized as per the monotube concept, that allows to obtain performances of great importance with a very simple system. This device, naturally , does not penalize the security: each valve of interception is equipped with positioning sensors, that enable, through a monitoring of the distribution network, to precede or to signal any possible functioning anomaly |
